Rental Rules & Regulations of Bear Cabins |
1. Uses, which create a nuisance for others,
particularly noise intrusions not limited to music,
machinery and appliances, are prohibited. Quiet time
will be between the hours of 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
REPEATED VIOLATIONS TO THIS RULE WILL LEAD TO PERMANENT
REMOVAL FROM CAMPGROUND.
2. Uses, which might damage or interfere with the normal
operations of the common area, are prohibited.
3. A speed limit of 10 MPH is established and must be
maintained for safety on all private streets.
4. Cooking or barbecuing on the patio is allowed.
5. No solicitations for the sale of goods, services or
donations are allowed.
6. Persons under the legal drinking age shall not
possess, consume nor be furnished or served intoxicating
liquor or non-intoxicating liquor in a Unit, the limited
common element or the common element.
7. No person shall be intoxicated while in the common
element and limited common element.
8. A Renter shall be liable for the expense of any
repair, replacement or damages to the common element or
limited common element rendered necessary by his/her
acts or by those of any member of his/her family or
their guests.
9. Disorderly conduct of any kind is prohibited and is
grounds for removal from the premises.
10. All renters shall exercise extreme care at all times
in the use of musical instruments, radios, music players
of any kind, televisions, computers and amplifiers to
not disturb other occupants.
11. Each Unit shall only have one parking space
available for vehicles. All other vehicles must park in
the parking lot by the clubhouse.
12. No temporary structures may be maintained anywhere
on the common element with the exception of tents which
may be erected on a short term basis in an area to be
designated by the Board of Directors.
13. No fire arms may be maintained on the property or
discharged.
14. No fireworks or explosive devices of any kind shall
be allowed on the property.
15. No unlawful activity shall be allowed on the
property.
16. Clubhouse may be used if it is not reserved by
others.
17. Garbage should be disposed of in the dumpster
located by the clubhouse.
18. Dock boats on the docks provided.
19. Do not boat in the swimming area.
20. No pets will be allowed without prior consent. A Pet
Agreement Addendum must be signed by Lessee and Lessor.
